At the young age of 16, Nia Joseph founded Caribbean Cultural Exchange at the University of South Florida during her first semester with the purpose of exposing the Caribbean culture to a campus that lacked diversity and Caribbean exposure. She has also volunteered for various Caribbean Organization events and have been on the Caribbean American National Development Organization's Heath Fair Committee as well as actively participated in the Florida Caribbean Student Conference for the past 4 years. She is truly an Emerging Leader.
