Jamaican-born Radcliffe Blackwood Jr. is a social entrepreneur and founder of the West Indian & Caribbean Kids Educating on Diversity (WICKED). A member of the New York Urban League Young Professionals of Long Island, a non-profit whose aim is to help disadvantaged New Yorkers, he volunteers to provide various programs around Long Island to allow equal opportunity in employment, education, financial and technological literacy to those at a disadvantage.

The Blackwood Charitable Foundation" is another project that Radcliffe is passionately in the process of bringing to fruition. The goal is to provide access to education through tuition and supplies for those experiencing financial hardship in Jamaica and throughout the Caribbean.
